What to tell us in the first message?

The more information you give us upfront, the more useful the first reply will be. Not mandatory — if you prefer, write "hi, I'd like to talk" and we coordinate a brief call. But if you want an actionable reply from minute one, these five data points help.

  1. Concrete operational pain: What problem are you trying to solve — symptom, not imagined solution. Examples: "clinic receptionist overloaded with calls", "manual billing taking 40h/month", "B2B WhatsApp chatbot that scales lead qualification".
  2. Company size + sector: Approximate number of people and sector (medical, legal, ecommerce, industrial, SaaS, GHL agency). Helps validate fit with our verticals before the diagnosis.
  3. Current stack: CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Pipedrive), ERP (Holded, A3, Sage, SAP), channels (WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Outlook). Only what interacts with the process to automate.
  4. Desired timeline: When you need it operational (e.g. "start in 4 weeks", "end of Q2", "no rush, exploring"). Helps us check if it fits our sprint cadence.
  5. Ballpark budget (if applicable): Rough range if you have one (e.g. "up to 15k pilot", "retainer max 2k/mo"). If you don't have it clear, say so too — the assessment helps calibrate. See pricing for reference.

Do you reply in Spanish and English?
Yes, both. The team works bilingual ES/EN with the same quality level. French and Portuguese are handled in ES or EN as you prefer. Nordic or Asian languages are not our geographic focus — we work primarily with clients in Spain, the EU and Spanish-speaking LATAM.
Is the free 48h assessment real or a commercial hook?
It's real. We reply within 48 business hours with an honest GO/NO-GO validation based on the case you describe. If the case doesn't fit our dedicada model (ill-defined pain, incompatible budget, sector we don't master, unrealistic timeline), we say so without trying to sell you something else. Dedicada business model: we prefer not to start a project than to start one that won't work.
Can I contact you via WhatsApp?
Not as a primary commercial channel. WhatsApp is a product we implement for clients (see WhatsApp enterprise chatbot in the services page), not our inbound channel. We prefer email or LinkedIn for a traceable thread and to be able to attach technical documents.
Can I speak directly with the founder or does a BDR always reply?
Directly with Higini Moré. He reads emails to higini@genaisapiens.com and LinkedIn DMs personally. We don't have BDRs, SDRs or commercial filters — we are dedicada. Calls or video meetings are scheduled after an initial written exchange that lets the conversation start with context.
How long does the first meeting take after writing?
If the fit is clear, typically one week after the first email to schedule 30-45 minutes over Google Meet with a prepared agenda. If there is real documented urgency (AI Act compliance with hard deadline, project to close before quarter-end, operational crisis), we prioritise within 48-72 hours.
