Our pricing philosophy

Four principles applied to every commercial proposal. They are not marketing claims — each one is reflected in concrete contract clauses and in how we work with the client.

  1. Radical transparency: We publish honest ranges on every service page. If a vendor won't show you their ranges before the call, the proposal is not serious. Every figure on this page matches 1:1 with the service pages where it originates.
  2. Premium dedicada, not low-cost: We don't compete with "€990/month AI agency" offers. A serious consultancy with guardrails, HITL and AI Act compliance has a minimum cost below which production delivery is not viable. Premium without expensive-for-the-sake-of-it.
  3. Scope-based, no open hourly bags: Every project closes with a defined scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and a fixed price. No padded hourly billing. IaaS/AaaS retainers have a monthly scope agreed upfront.
  4. Client ownership — zero vendor lock-in: Code, prompts, n8n / LangGraph workflows, technical documentation and credentials are transferred to the client. If one day we stop working together, you keep everything.

What the price includes

Five fixed deliverables on every project — no asterisks. If a vendor omits any of these, the price will have surprises at the end.

Process to receive a real quote

Four sequential steps from "I have an idea" to contract with fixed price and timeline. Each step has a closed deliverable — if you stop midway, you keep the work done.

    Free 48h AI assessment

    You request a diagnosis at /assessment. We respond within 48 hours with an initial validation of whether the case has reasonable ROI or not. Free and with no commercial commitment — if it doesn't fit, we'll tell you without selling smoke.

  2. 2

    Scoping diagnosis (1-2 weeks)

    If there's clear ROI, we open a paid diagnosis (€2,500 – €4,500) with stakeholder interviews, review of available data, preliminary architecture and technical plan. Deliverable: document with scope, risks and recommendation.

  3. 3

    Fixed-price formal proposal

    With the diagnosis closed, we deliver a commercial proposal with closed scope, measurable milestones, fixed price and timeline. No open hourly bag — the price doesn't change except for a change-request agreed in writing.

  4. 4

    Contract + kick-off

    We sign the contract with client-ownership and zero vendor-lock clauses. Kick-off happens within one week of signing. From there we work in 2-week sprints with closed demos at each milestone.

Discounts and commercial terms

Four conditions we apply when the agreement meets the requirements. They only partially stack depending on combination — each proposal documents which apply.

Active AaaS retainer — 30% off

If you have an active AaaS retainer, we apply a 30% discount on one-off projects and additional audits while the retainer is active.

3-service package in same proposal — 15% off

If you contract 3 operational services in the same proposal (e.g. AI agents + billing automation + WhatsApp chatbot), we apply 15% off the total.

Single payment before kick-off — 10% off

If you pay the full project before kick-off (instead of the standard 40% kick-off + 30% pilot validation + 30% production delivery), we apply 10% off the base price.

Annual IaaS / AaaS contract — 1 month free

If you sign a 12-month IaaS or AaaS retainer, we bill 11 months and work 12. The benefit shows up on the first invoice of the year.

Frequently asked questions about pricing

What is the lowest budget I can start with?
The 48-hour initial assessment is always free. The first real investment starts at €3,500 (MVP pilot for a WhatsApp chatbot or a simple n8n automation) or €2,500 if you prefer to start with an operational audit. We don't operate below those thresholds — the scope is not viable in production with guardrails, HITL and AI Act compliance by design.
Do you charge fixed price or open hourly bags?
Always scope-based with fixed price agreed after the diagnosis. Never open hourly bags with padding. IaaS and AaaS retainers are monthly with an agreed scope (number of workflows maintained, response SLA, hours of evolution per month). If scope changes mid-project, we open a written change-request.
Can I pay a large project monthly?
Yes. The standard for production projects is 3 tranches: 40% kick-off, 30% pilot validation, 30% production delivery. For long projects (IaaS 3+ months, Drwide 16+ weeks) we adjust to monthly milestones aligned with delivery. Single upfront payment has a 10% discount. Retainers are billed monthly in arrears or annually with one free month.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
We open a written change-request with delta of price and timelines before executing. If the deviation is our responsibility (bad initial estimate, bug in the diagnosis, architecture that doesn't hold), we absorb it at no extra cost. If it's a new request outside the original scope, it's quoted separately with a formal proposal.
Do you refund if the pilot doesn't meet objectives?
No refund, but we stop there without escalating to production. The MVP pilot is designed precisely to validate hypotheses with low commitment. If metrics don't meet the threshold agreed at diagnosis (hit rate, volume processed, response time), we stop and you don't pay the next tranches. The pilot already executed is not refunded — it's delivered work with real data that serves you as a closed diagnosis even if you decide not to continue.
How do your prices compare with other AI agencies in Spain?
We are a dedicada technical shop with a modern stack (Claude, LangGraph, MCP, n8n) and AI Act compliance by design. There are cheaper agencies (€990 – €2,500/month) with no-code template-based automations that work for standard cases but don't scale well nor meet high-risk compliance. There are more expensive big-4 consultancies (€50,000+) with heavy methodology and 6+ month timelines without intermediate value. We sit in the dedicated range: €3,500 – €35,000 per project, with deliverables every 2-4 weeks and full client ownership.
